Healing, Movement and Mindfulness in N11
Paul treats people from all walks of life, from professional dancers to gardeners. In practice since 2005, he has treated a wide range of conditions - both musculoskeletal such as neck and back problems, to neuropathic pain and plantar fasciitis, and ‘internal’ conditions such as asthma, hay fever, pregnancy, menopause, ME and palliative care for cancer.
Paul is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). He is insured by both the BAcC and the British Martial Arts Association (BMAA). Paul holds a current Enhanced DBS.
Healing – Paul is trained in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and uses amongst other techniques Electro-Acupuncture & Ear (Auricular) Acupuncture as well as Cupping and Gua Sha (scraping) to combat injuries and dysfunction. He combines Holistic Massage, Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage techniques alongside Integrative Fascial Release .
Movement – a student of Michael Acton and Faisal Mian of the Wu Shi Taji & Qi Gung Association, Paul offers classes in Tai Chi & Qi Gung. Paul is an instructor in the Silver Sabres Combat Academy (SSCA). Find out more about LED Sabres here.
MIndfulness – Paul is a practitioner of meditation and mindfulness. He integrates mindful practices into treatment where appropriate. He is trained in the .b Mindfulness in Schools Program and is certified to teach mindfulness to 11-18 year olds in schools. He also offers one-to-one mindfulness classes for adults. Paul is an instructor in the Silver Sabres Combat Academy (LED Sabre combat) and offers workshops, classes and parties in LED Sabre combat.
